The public Twin Origin portfolio does not use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Standard technical request information may be processed temporarily by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.

Cuebooks email updates

If you ask for Cuebooks updates, we store your email address, the wording and time of your consent, confirmation status and the campaign that brought you to the form. Marketing begins only after you confirm your address. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe link. We retain a minimal suppression record so unsubscribed or bounced addresses are not sent further marketing.

Our marketing service uses Turso and Vercel for storage and hosting, and Resend for email delivery. We record delivery, bounce and complaint events. Campaign links record first-party click counts; short-lived, hashed request identifiers help prevent abuse and repeated counting. We do not send bookkeeping records to advertising, email or AI services. OpenAI content generation uses approved public product facts and sample artwork.

For access, correction, deletion or questions about Cuebooks email updates, contact support@cuebooks.co.uk. Leaving the marketing list does not close a separate Cuebooks product account.

Essential admin cookie

The private administration area uses one strictly necessary, secure session cookie. It is available only to the site owner, expires after eight hours and is not used to track public visitors.
